Your mentor is an experienced professional, ready to guide and advise.
Although the online material is comprehensive, your mentor is there is to guide you through email support. They also assess your work, advising you on improvements.
Should you select the online consultation option, you are able to discuss any questions and issues with your mentor directly.

Unless the course specifies an online meeting with your mentor, contact is through email.
If you wish to discuss elements of your course or assessed work, you can purchase online consultations.
Otherwise, the course is email based.

Once submitted, your mentor will assess your writing, commenting on structure, grammar and other parameters.
Where appropriate, they will, through examples, show how you could improve a sentence structure or which phrase may better fit your context.
The assessment will be presented as a .pdf detailing:

Our aim is provide a course where you will learn, rather than feel overwhelmed
For most courses, the minimum English language level is:
B2
FCE [Cambridge English: First]
IELTS 5.5-6.5
Some courses how different level requirements. As your English level is self-assessed, we recommend you arrange an online meeting to discuss course suitability, if you have any doubts.

With no deadline, you decide how much time you are able to invest each week.
If you feel you are losing momentum, let your mentor know and they can gently encourage you!

You may have finished your course, but you can continue to practise.
Choose an extension course which best suits you and, once you have completed your writing, send it to your mentor who will assess and return to you.
If you want to practise your speaking skills, talk to us about extending your course.
