Phrasal verbs

A special type of verb

Phrasal verbs are integral to both spoken and written English. Learning to use phrasal verbs may be challenging because the verb may not be related to its meaning.

Initially, focus on meaning: understand how they are used so you can prepare your response. As you become confident, you will naturally incorporate them into your conversation.
