We believe the personal touch is important, whether it’s email, WhatsApp or online sessions. We realise everyone is different, so select your level of contact. If you prefer online sessions, these private meetings are perfect to discuss any queries you have.

We follow the most logical route when assessing writing. We look at context, word use and grammar and judge as best we can.
However, it is not possible to cover every issue, mistake or possibility; it would make life too complicated!
