  • We show you an improved version, illustrating the potential.
  • While the text can be edited in several ways, The Textsmith shows how best to use words and structures to make our point.

How are we unique?

  • We show you what is coherent writing and how we can achieve it.
  • Words are unique; sometimes they are interchangeable, sometimes they are not. We explain which best fit the context.
  • We show what is unclear, why and how we can rectify it.
  • Our objective is clarity; we show you how to achieve this.
  • Word order is important but so is sentence order. We work with you to understand the best place for words, comments, clauses, and phrases.
  • We provide a framework from which we can learn: we use real-life text, explain where and why we make certain changes, and encourage discourse to better understand  reasons behind the change.
  • Our aim? Making your words matter.

What our Masterclasses are not!

  • It’s not about writing novels or poetry; we focus on increasing readability.
  • Grammar is an important and we show how we use can it, but it is not a grammar class! If you have grammar question, please ask! It's part of learning.
  • It's not only professional writers who communicate well; we all need to! Whether email, report or research paper, clarity is our objective.
