Impact
Give impact to your words. Sometimes we need to use an adverb or adjective, sometimes we need a better verb, or maybe it should be a noun. While word choice is important, structures also play their part; how should we arrange the sentence, where should important information go, and do the words connect seamlessly? |
Positivity
While NO has its place, general negativity can easily slip in and change the tone of our communication. Why focus on supposition, might or could, when we can emphasise and centre on fact, constructiveness and productiveness. Leave listeners or readers with a favourable and confident impression. |
