The business began almost by accident, when a client sent an urgent message. The problem was simple: how to write effectively, clearly and credibly.

Our client appreciated varied vocabulary and understood the nature of sentence complexity, but saw many challenges in combining everything into an effective piece of writing.

The problem was less about the ingredients, and more with the recipe. The idea of going through grammar structures, working out which words were more effective and why, and then trying to understand where to place everything, both scared and bored, in equal measure.

Since that first enquiry, we developed, with our client, a course to enhance their particular skills and knowledge, then trained the other members of the team.
