Each 90 minute Masterclass takes you through the entire refining process; the deconstruction stage, the analysis phase, and, finally, the reconstruction procedure.

The aim of our online Masterclass is to show, step-by-step, how we produce a clear and readable text.

We go through real-world writing examples, showing:

• what needs changing or improving
• why we need to make the change
• how can we improve the sample

While the text can be edited in several ways, The Textsmith shows how best to use words and structures to make our point.

Payment

If you have bought a pack you only need to reserve your place.

Terms and conditions

1. Payment must be received before attending a Masterclass, unless agreed before.
2. Payment allows only one named person to attend the Masterclass.
3. If using a company credit card, please indicate company name, amount and name of attendee before purchasing.
4. If you have paid but received no email confirming your place, please email [email protected] with your name, purchase made, date of payment, and dates/ times reserved. If the name on the credit or debit card is different, please tell us or registration may be delayed.
5. Cancellations or changes must be received 24 hours before reserved Masterclass commences.
6. The following does not form a basis for refunds: poor or no client internet connection, client loss of sound or visual elements, or other malfunctions beyond our control.
7. If the technical fault is with us, and expressly mentioned, the Masterclass will be rescheduled or extended as appropriate.
8. Unused packs cannot be refunded.
9. We do not refund partial attendance.
10. Members are those who purchase MC-BRONZE or MC-SILVER.
11. MC-ONE and the MC-THREE and MC-FIVE packs must be taken within two months of purchase;
    MC-BRONZE or MC-SILVER packs must be taken within three months of purchase.
