What is the difference between:

  • IN the corner and AT the corner?
Do we say: IN the bus or ON the bus? IN the office or AT the office?

  • with public transport, we generally use ON
  • IN the office = inside the building
  • AT the office = the location
  • IN the corner = inside the corner, in a room
  • AT the corner = to meet at a location
